The day to day business of the Club is conducted by the Club Committee which consists of 14 members, each with his/her own area of responsibility within the Club. Each Club Committee member dedicates enormous levels of time and effort conducting the business of the Club. The Club Committee is appointed by the Trustees who meet once every year to appoint the Club Committee for the following year. The Trustees are members who each earned election to the position by working hard for the Club for many years.
The most direct contact between the Club leadership and the coaches is by the
Playing Age Division Directors. These directors coordinate the schedules of the coaches, meet with the coaches and make recommendations for travel team coaches. In addition, they work with the Equipment Director to coordinate the distribution of Club equipment.
