Coaches are entitled to receive a refund of their child's registration fee if they hold the appropriate license for the age group they are coaching.  Only the head coach of a team is eligible to receive a registration fee refund.  In addition, to receive the registration fee refund, for U-12 teams and above you need at least a "D" license, for U-10 you need at least an "E" license and for U-7 and U-8 you need at least an "F" license.  Refunds are for the current and the previous season only.  Refunds will be issued after receiving the coaches refund form anytime after the fifth week of the current season.

In addition coaches may be entitled to receive a refund for a coaches licensing course or coaches clinic that have been personally paid for.
