Fall 2008 REGISTRATION

Any child born on or before July 31, 2004 (Pre-K) is eligible to sign up for Framingham soccer.

Online Registration
FUSC introduced an online registration process in the Fall of 2005. Online registration is designed to simplify the registration process for players, parents, coaches and volunteers by paying with credit card. Simply fill in all the fields and credit card information and submit. Your credit card is encrypted using a secure sockets layer SSL connection. You will receive an email confirmation. FUSC encourages all to use this new online registration but for those of you who still want to pay by check you can. There are two ways to pay by check .You can complete the online registration and then select payment method, check. Once submitted you need to mail the check to FUSC P.O box 2176 Framingham, Ma 01703 your registration will not be complete until we receive the check. You can also obtain a paper registration form by downloading it off our website, or you can pick one up at the Framingham Park and Rec office.  Please complete and mail in the registration with your check. If you are a new member to Framingham Soccer you must mail in copy of your birth certificate.
 

Late Fee
A late fee will automatically be applied on any registration after February 1 for the spring season.

Volunteers
For any parent that plans on volunteering for the club in any capacity, coach, assistant coach, team manager, board, division director, or boosters club you must complete the volunteer fields. Please fill out your date of birth. This is required information and will give Massachusetts Youth Soccer the authority to do a background check. You do not need to fill in the social security field. Please enter the number zero in this field. 000-00-0000

Scholarships / Fee Waiver
Scholarships are available but must be submitted by mail. All scholarship requests are kept confidential.

Maximum registration fee
Maximum registration fee for a family is $250 per season. Online registration will only accept registrations for one season (fall or spring). You will not be allowed to register for both seasons at once. Maximum registration fee does not include the cost of the uniform.

Email address
It has always been FUSC policy to keep names, addresses, and phone numbers of our families confidential. We will not change this policy with your email addresses. The email address that you provide will help us communicate with you before and during the course of the season. Information such as registrations and tryout dates, cancellations of games and clinic information can be easily communicated with you. A monthly newsletter about FUSC happenings will also be added.

FUSC Uniform
All new players to the club must order a uniform. All 1st year U10 players must purchase the red uniform this year. All U-7 and U-8 will continue with your current reversible uniform.

Fall 2008 PAPER REGISTRATION FORM

The registration form may be downloaded, printed and mailed to the Club Registrar. This form is in a "pdf" format. In order to open the form you must have the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and can be downloaded.

Forms are also available at the Framingham Parks and Recreation office at Bowditch Field.
