President
• Chief Executive Officer of the Club.
• General supervision and control of business and officers of the Club.
• Preside at all meetings of Trustees and the Board of Directors.
• Present annual report to all members at the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
• Informs all Club members of the activities through a newsletter.
• Fulfills other administrative duties as necessary.
Secretary
• Documents the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting for the Club.
• Maintains the file of copies of all minutes and sub-committee meeting minutes.
• Maintains the file of copies of coaches' licenses, as well as a list of coaches and their level of certification.
• Prepares a seasonal Coaching Guide.
• Oversees the Club website.
• Responsible for publicity about the Club to the media.
• Maintains a policy manual of all Club decisions.
• Chairs the Scholarship and the Sportsmanship Review committees.
• Fulfills other administrative duties as necessary.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Treasurer
• Maintains the daily bookkeeping function of the Club and pays all bills in a timely manner.
• Presents a current statement of accounts to the Club Committee on a quarterly basis.
• Oversees the investment of Club funds.
• Files the annual tax returns.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Girls & Boys Directors
• Appoints, as required, each Playing Age Division Director.
• Coordinates the activities of all Playing Age Division Directors.
• Acts as chairperson of the Nominating Committee for the slate of travel team coaches.
• Keeps all Playing Age Division Directors aware of Club Committee policies, policy changes, and directives.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Referee Director
• Responsible for assignment of officials to all Club travel matches.
• Works with the Field Director to schedule all Club make-up matches.
• Works with the Intramural Referee Director and oversees the assignment of officials to intramural matches.
• Responsible for the development of all officials in the Club and recruiting new officials each year.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Intramural Referee Director
• Assigns referees to all intramural games, soccer fair, and IM playoffs
• Provides brand new referees game day training with experienced referees
• Works with the Referee Director to promote referees to travel league games
• Non-voting board member that has proxy to vote in the Referee Director's absence
Field Director
• Responsible for assigning fields for for all Club scheduled matches.
• Works in conjunction with the Referee Director to schedule all Club make-up matches.
• Acts as the sole coordinator of field usage for all activity at Merchant Road Complex.
• Acting as field liaison between the Club and the town's Department of Parks and Recreation.
• Oversees the maintenance of current fields through the town or through a contracted staff.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Tournament Director
• Publicizes the Club's tournaments, league play and sponsored activities.
• Provides coaches with information about in-state and out-of-state tournaments.
• Works in conjunction with the Booster Club President for all fundraising activities.
• Obtains permission to host FUSC tournaments from MYSA.
• Ensures that all Club sponsored tournaments have a Director and/or Registrar.
• Assists the respective tournament Directors in planning and running tournaments.
• Review and approve all requests for teams to enter tournaments to insure that the tournaments meet Club & MYSA requirements
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Registrar
• Responsible for the registration of all of the Club's players.
• Responsible for registering the Club with affiliated leagues
• Provides official rosters, player passcards and coaches cards to travel teams.
• Handles refund, reimbursement and financial aid requests.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Education Director
• Responsible for the education of coaches and for player development for the Club.
• Coordinates all activities toward providing player development.
• Collaborates with the PT Director of Coaching on clinics
• Works as a liaison to MYSA to coordinate coach licensing courses.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Equipment Director
• Responsible for inventorying, ordering and maintenance of all equipment belonging to the Club.
• Coordinates with all playing age directors of the Club to plan the storage and returning of all equipment.
• Works as a liaison with the Club's standard uniform provider to supply the Club with uniforms.
• Oversees the ordering of the Club's alternate uniform for all teams.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Booster Club President
• Presides over the activities of the Board of Directors of the Boosters Club.
• Works in conjunction with the Tournament Director for all fundraising activities.
• Oversees fund-raising activities.
• Oversees the Club's Fall Soccer Fair.
• Coordinates social and other civic-related activities.
• Submits the financial records to the officers of the Club on a quarterly basis.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
Trustee Representative
• Elected by the Trustees to act as their primary representative to the Board of Directors.
• Submits an annual report to the President for the Annual Meeting of Trustees.
